SuperTrak segments
SuperTrak segments control the electromagnetic field for the shuttles. In 1-meter segments (horizontal or vertical), track lengths of up to 64 m with 90° and 180° curves can be implemented for a minimized footprint.
SuperTrak Shuttles
The shuttles enable low-friction transport with precise product positioning. Each shuttle can be individually programmed for any direction, acceleration, speed and position. Integrated collision avoidance prevents contact between shuttles and allows automatic queue formation at process stations.


Software
Our software simulates complete production processes without programming, including 2D/3D animation and automatic throughput analysis. The result is a fully plannable machine with 2D/3D animation and automatically generated statistics on transport times and final throughput. Benefit from intelligent temperature forecasting and data-driven planning for maximum efficiency. Integrated predictive maintenance functions monitor encoder quality and positioning in real time, enabling scheduled maintenance for maximum OEE.
